With a new Premier League season comes with new opportunities to win some money with the best football betting sites, and typically one of the most volatile betting markets is the next Premier League manager to leave their club. In any given season, there can be upwards of 10 teams making changes to their manager during the season, which makes it a valuable market for those using their favourite betting apps.

Last season saw a relatively few number of managerial changes during the season, with just six managers either leaving of their own accord or being given their marching orders. That is something of an anomalous number, so we could perhaps expect more movement this season, particularly now that Erik ten Hag has been sent on his way by Manchester United, swiftly followed by Steve Cooper at Leicester, so make sure you get your eyes peeled on this page at Bookies.com for the latest odds from top UK betting sites on who could be the next manager to leave.

Last season we saw some big names leave clubs, and this year is sure to be no different. The Premier League has five teams with new managers starting out this season, alongside the promoted teams and more and more sides challenging for European spots, so the pressure will be on right away to perform, which could leave some managers vulnerable when searching the odds at the best new betting sites.

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag was one of the favourites for the sack with football betting sites almost all season as they majorly underperformed, but he kept his place despite INEOS boss Sir Jim Ratcliffe taking over football operations at the club.

Jurgen Klopp left Liverpool at the end of the season citing mental fatigue at one of the most high pressure jobs in the world. UK betting sites will be keeping a keen eye on how his replacement, Arne Slot, gets on in the hot seat.

Before the Premier League, begins, the best betting apps have been pricing up the markets to see who they think will be in trouble early in the season. The name atop the list may not be in trouble, but he continues to be linked with the vacant England manager's job. Eddie Howe has done a great job with Newcastle, but will that alert the FA to come calling for him?

Nottingham Forest a Team to Look Out For

New betting sites believe Nuno Espirito Santo will have a fairly short leash as manager of Nottingham Forest. That isn't a surprise given who the owner of the Tricky Trees is. Evangelis Maranakis has cycled through seven managers in his seven years owning Forest. Since he bought Olympiacos in Greece in 2010, he has gone through 17 permanent managers.

With Forest once again spending fairly freely in the summer, they are going to be a team to watch on the next manager to be sacked betting markets, as Maranakis can't be ruled out of making more than once change if he deems it necessary.

Promoted Teams Always Easy Targets

Most new betting sites will typically have the managers of promoted teams near the top of the betting markets for much of the season given the likelihood that they will struggle to hold their own. With Leicester, Southampton and Ipswich among the favourites to be relegated it stands to reason that their respective managers will be under plenty of pressure all season.

Will Any Big 6 Clubs Make a Change?

Many of the best betting sites focus on the clubs nearer the bottom of the Premier League when coming up with this particular betting market, but if a traditional big six club struggles, the manager is likely to be vulnerable. We know that Chelsea haven't been shy to chop and change managers since Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital took over the running of the club. Tottenham ended the season on a poor run of form, souring the start that Ange Postecoglou made at the club.

Will one of Arsenal, Manchester City or Liverpool fall away from their high expectations this season. Erik ten Hag may have the least amount of credit in the bank at United, so it will be interesting to see how the market shapes up during the season.
